Overview.

This project involved a multi-stage planning strategy for existing agricultural sheds and barns on the edge of a village, just outside the settlement boundary.

A Class Q permitted development scheme was secured first, before a high-quality 5 dwelling scheme was designed and approved — comprising a large 5-bedroom replacement farmhouse, two barn conversions, and two new-build homes.
