This project transformed a run-down building of six small flats and bedsits into a high-quality, 14-bed all-ensuite HMO spanning 360+ sqm across two floors.

Located in Nottingham’s strict Article 4 area, a prime student hub, the development required a full and extensive internal redesign, external make over and full planning application to change the use to a large Sui Generis HMO.
