This project converted a run-down pair of HMOs —one a 4-bedroom and the other a 5-bedroom— into two premium 6-bedroom, all-ensuite HMOs with a street-level commercial unit. We re-designed the layout to add 3 additional bedrooms and secured both planning and listed building consent.
Located in Nottingham’s Article 4 area and Grade II listed, the buildings were sensitively restored, with glazed light-well rear extensions creating exceptional communal spaces. High-quality materials and finishes make these HMOs among the most desirable in the local market.
