7,150+ sqm New Build Offices

This project involved designing and securing full planning permission for the demolition of two redundant greenhouses on an underutilised area of an established garden centre within the greenbelt.

In their place, a new contemporary timber-clad office building of 7,150+ m² was designed and approved — a considered design response to a sensitive landscape setting, whilst creating local employment opportunity and high-quality office space.
