Finalists for ‘Architects Practice of the Year’ at the National Property Awards
We are incredibly proud to share that Portfolio Architects has been named a finalist for Architects Practice of the Year at the National Property Awardsfor the SECOND year running.
To be recognised nationally for our work in the property investment space is a huge achievement, particularly as a small independent practice.
Since founding Portfolio Architects, we have worked with property investors, developers, landowners and self builders across the UK, helping clients turn property opportunities into successful homes and developments.
Our work spans small to large HMOs, residential conversions, new build homes, barn conversions and complex planning projects. We believe good architecture should not only look great, but also be practical, commercially considered and capable of unlocking the full potential of a property. Ultimately, our aim is to help our clients build strong, valuable property portfolios that stand the test of time, while consistently achieving the highest possible rents and GDVs within their respective markets.
Being named a finalist for Architects Practice of the Year once was a huge honour. To reach the finals for a second consecutive year is something we are incredibly proud of.
