Overview

This project highlights the transformation of a derelict barn into a beautiful residential dwelling, expertly designed to maximise space and unlock its full potential.

Located within North Warwickshire Borough Council, the barn conversion presented significant planning challenges, as converting and extending barns in the area is known to be notoriously difficult. However, we are proud to have secured full planning permission, overcoming these obstacles, and are now in the process of building this dream home.
