4 Bed HMO to 8 Bed HMO

This project involved maximising the potential of an existing 4-bedroom HMO by re-designing the internal layout and adding a large L-shaped rear box dormer, creating a high-quality 8 bedroom HMO property.

Full planning permission was secured for the change of use from a C4 small HMO to a large Sui Generis HMO — doubling the number of bedrooms whilst maintaining quality throughout.
