Commercial to 36 Bed HMO

This project involved converting a large detached commercial building, previously split into three units, into a 36-bedroom HMO comprising six 6-bedroom HMOs.

Located within Nottingham’s Article 4 area, we re-designed the property to create high-quality layouts and secured planning approval. From project inception to planning approval, the entire process was completed in just over 3.5 months.
