Overview.
This project involved designing and securing full planning permission for the change of use of a large, vacant first-floor commercial unit within a newly built mixed-use complex into 11 residential apartments.
The design worked carefully around the existing circulation core, structure, and building services to create a high-quality apartment scheme.
