Overview.
This project involved transforming derelict single family dwelling into a high quality all ensuite, 12 bedroom HMO.
The scheme included a complete internal reconfiguration, rear extensions and conversion of the existing garage block to the rear.
We secured full planning permission for the proposals and delivered a design that balanced functionality, quality, and maximising long-term investment value.
